Lyle Lansdell

CEO & Founder

Lyle serves as the President & CEO of LTL Investments, Inc., a national multi-family investment and management company. He brings over 40 years of multifamily experience with an exceptional record in all phases of property development, acquisition, disposition, financial management, asset management, and general management. Lyle has professionally managed more than 40,000 multifamily units during his career.

He is the founder and President of PM Residential Management, LLC, the property management division of Praxis Capital’s multifamily platform. Before PM Residential, Lyle served as the President of Springboard Housing, a nonprofit multifamily company that acquired and managed affordable housing. Previously, he was the President of Grubb & Ellis Residential Management, where he built a national, public multifamily platform. Lyle served as Chief Financial Officer of SARES-REGIS Group (formerly Regis Homes) early in his career. Lyle is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of AICPA.

Jeff Silverman

CFO

Jeff serves as Chief Financial Officer for LTL Investments’ multifamily platform, including LTL Residential Management. Having held key executive positions with select national and large regional real estate firms, he brings more than 30 years experience in acquisition, property management and real estate finance.

Most recently, Jeff was a Principal and Chief Financial Officer of The Bethany Group, where he was instrumental in the acquisition and management of more than 24,000 multifamily apartment units valued in excess of $1.7 Billion. Prior to that, he was Vice President at AIMCO, the largest multifamily manager (REIT) in the nation, where he managed West Coast operations in excess of 12,000 units. Previously, he served in several executive positions at both national and regional companies such as Lincoln Property Company (National) and Arnel (Regional) Multifamily Groups. Jeff started his career in 1983, where he served as AVP at Skyline Financial in Washington DC. In that capacity, he was responsible for managing the day to day operations of more than 200 partnerships, consisting of nearly 4,000 real estate properties.

Forrest Corral

CIO

Forrest serves as Chief Investment Officer (CIO) for LTL Investments. In that capacity, he is responsible for investment strategy, including acquisitions and dispositions for the company. He also serves as a member of the Praxis Investment Committee.

Forrest has enjoyed a 20-year+ career in real estate. During that time, he has served as Chief Investment Officer and Chief Financial Officer for both public and private companies. During his tenure, Forrest has successfully closed over 80 transactions; for investments and programs ranging from $10 million to well over $2 billion. He also effectively assembled more than $2 billion in structured financing.

Prior to joining LTL Investments, Forrest served as interim Chief Financial Officer for First Capital Real Estate, where he successfully oversaw a major up REIT transaction of 30 commercial real estate assets. Before First Capital, Forrest was Chief Financial Officer for Lyon Capital Ventures, where he acquired, renovated, developed and disposed of over 15,000 multi-family units. He also managed the entitlement and conversion of 3,000+ multi-family units to for-sale condos; which was valued in excess of $750M. In that capacity, Forrest also assisted in the financial reporting, both internally and externally, to partners and financial institutions on 100+ LLC/Partnerships/Trusts, etc.

Dee Patel

Partner

Prior to joining LTL, Dee was Partner of MSC Properties, LLC – a real estate company with over $250 million in assets. His strengths include asset management, raising capital, investor relations, acquisitions, and renovation.

Dee is the Founder and CEO of a Tech Startup company that was recently acquired by an International Software Solutions Company. He graduated from Georgia State University with high honors completing his business degree in Management, Marketing, and receiving a minor in Hospitality Management. He enjoys giving back to charitable contributions such as UNICEF, Boys & Girls Clubs of America, and various religious organizations. His interests include playing basketball, swimming, traveling, reading, charity and spending quality time with family and friends.
